Transient landscapes hold a particular fascination for us, like those where surf and sand converge. Diane began photographing in tidal zones in the 1990’s, now an ongoing project that we both pursue. To a certain degree it’s a meditative process, but one that also requires being alert to the next wave and attentive to the endless possibilities at water’s edge.
